One scene, two answers. You are dropped inside a 360° reconstruction of a documented historical moment and asked to guess the time and the place — the year on a slider that runs from 3000 BC to today, and the spot on a world map. Free in the browser, five rounds a game, no account needed.
Look around the scene. The clothes, the buildings, the tools and the writing all carry the date.
Drop your pin where on Earth you think you are standing.
Set the year. Both answers are scored, up to 5,000 points a round.
Place and time come out of the same evidence, read twice. A dome and a dry hillside suggest a region; the state of the road in front of it suggests a century. Guessing one helps you check the other — a street that could be Lisbon or Havana resolves the moment you notice which decade the vehicles belong to.
That is why both are scored. Being right about the continent and three hundred years out is only half an answer, and the scoreboard says so.
Every scene is tied to one specific, datable event — a coronation, a launch, a fire, a signing, a first day of something. Moments that cannot be pinned to a year with confidence are not used. After each guess the reveal names the event, the year and the place, with a short sourced note on the detail that gave the date away.
Play the mixed world game, narrow to a single country, run one era end to end, or take the daily challenge everybody gets on the same day.
