The 360° history game

Instead of reading about a moment in history, you stand in it. Every round is a full 360° scene of one documented event: drag to look around, find the clues, then guess where and when it is. No download, no account.

How it works

  1. Step 1

Drag, or move your phone, to look round the full scene.

  2. Step 2

Pin where you are on the world map.

  3. Step 3

Set the year, then read what you were standing in.

Why stand inside it

A panorama makes you look the way a visitor would. You notice the crowd, then the building they face, then the flags above it. That order of noticing is what makes the reveal stick: when you learn what the event was, you already know what it looked like.

Every way to play

Play the mixed world game, a single country, a single era, or the daily challenge. You can also challenge a friend to the same five scenes, or play party mode on one big screen with everyone guessing from their phones.

Questions

Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The scenes and the map work with touch, and the game runs in the mobile browser.
Is it free?
Yes. The standard games and the daily challenge are free to play without an account.
Are the scenes accurate?
Each scene is built from the record of a specific, datable event, and the reveal names that event with a short sourced note.
